Metadata for unbuilt roads

This Freedom of Information request asks for the metadata held in our Change Intelligence Database for unbuilt roads.

Request for information - Ref No: FOI221065

Request

Thank you for your email of 26/01/2022, requesting information from Ordnance Survey in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000, relating to our response to your original request for information (FOI211058).

I have extracted your request of 26/01/2022 below:

“For each of the 5 roads schemes in the Change Intelligence Database, please can you send a description of the data items held (eg: date, what (email, website info etc), summary). In other words, if at this stage you could send what might be the meta-data rather than actual data. I am suggesting this because it should involve less resources, and it is not a blanket, please send everything in the database request. Once I see the meta-data, then I may be able refine my request to particular items.”

Our response

I confirm that Ordnance Survey does hold the information you have requested.

I am pleased to provide you with the attached spreadsheet (xlsx) which contains all the information we hold in our Change Intelligence Database for the five road schemes.
